This is a story about things that don’t exist, in places that aren’t real involving characters that are made up doing entirely fictional things.

Once a band of heroes met. There was the smart one, the tough one, the sneaky one, the religious one, the one with the bow, the one with the sword, the one that played a lute – all the archetypes you hope and expect to meet when battling the forces of evil. They met in a forest. The sort of forest where swans walked into people’s homes and shit on the floor. Out of this band of heroes there were 3 great friends. The sneaky broody halfling thief, the barbarian too dumb to realise he wasn’t a barbarian and the charming obese asthmatic archer. Respectively they called Threadbare the Thin, Turd the Barbarian and Robin Reliant. These three were a team, an adventuring party but they soon became friends and then family. They had many adventures together. Battling Orcs, fighting giants, tackling cults devoted to the evil Lich Vecna and generally taking on nefarious forces of evil. Each of them had their strengths but Turd famously had all the strength. An unrivalled and unparalleled strength that matched even the strongest titans. When Threadbare was caught trying to steal something or one of Robins plans had gone awry Turd was always there. He could always be relied upon. The three had many adventures, amassed wealth, gold, jewels, and many powerful magical items. Their combined efforts of the three of them almost certainly placed the Dragon Turtle on the endangered species list.
Unfortunately like many parties (adventuring or otherwise) things often come to an end and although the 3 went their separate ways and had new and different adventures they would always be there for each other when they needed it. One day Threadbare and Robin received the devasting news that Turd would no longer be able to help them. No longer rely on his Titan strength and his uncanny ability to severe the heads of there foes. He was going on a journey, and they could not follow. Although saddened by this Robin and Threadbare took heart in the adventures that they had, had together. They remembered the funny times they had travelling together. They listened and sang along (badly) to the songs written about there many deeds. They knew that they had, had no choice in meeting Turd but they would be forever grateful that they had known him and that he would always be their family; friend and fellow adventurer and that he would never be truly gone if they remembered him.
